Dr. Juan C. Levesque is a certified American Fisheries Society Fisheries Professional with over 25 years’ experience studying marine resources. Specializing in fisheries biology, he has substantial project management, field, and technical experience overseeing complex marine and freshwater resource projects throughout the continental U.S., western North Atlantic Ocean, including the Gulf of Mexico and Caribbean Sea. Given Dr. Levesque’s previous background with state and federal agencies, and his understanding of the regulatory process, environmental requirements, and technical experience, he brings a unique combination of capabilities to a project on behalf of clients in various sectors.
